Party Wall Online was created to solve a simple problem: party wall surveying had not changed in decades, despite everything else going digital. We changed that.
Our Story
Party Wall Online was founded by a chartered surveyor who had spent years watching homeowners navigate the party wall process — confused, overcharged, and left waiting weeks for things that should take days.
The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 is a legal requirement, not optional. But the surveying industry's response to it has traditionally been slow, expensive, and inaccessible. Hourly billing, office appointments, and paper-based processes were the norm.
We built Party Wall Online to do things differently. Everything we do — from the first quote to the final Award — happens online. Notices are served within 72 hours. Schedules of Condition are delivered digitally. The entire process is tracked and communicated clearly to all parties.
Party Wall Online is the UK's only fully digital party wall service. Every case is handled by an MRICS-qualified surveyor, individually regulated by RICS — so homeowners get the same professional protections they would expect from any traditional firm, at a fraction of the cost and in a fraction of the time.
