# Party Wall Online

> Notices served within 24 hours, most Awards agreed within a fortnight of a dissent. £25 per neighbour to serve your notice, and if they consent that's the end of it. One fixed price to your Award, MRICS Principal Surveyor oversight, fully online across England & Wales.

Party Wall Online provides party wall surveying overseen by a RICS chartered surveyor, managed entirely online, for homeowners and developers across England and Wales. The service covers Section 1, Section 2 and Section 6 notices under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, Schedules of Condition, Party Wall Awards, retrospective cases and adjoining-owner advice. Pricing is per neighbour: £25 to serve each notice, and if a neighbour consents that is the total. If a neighbour dissents, a fixed total applies — £895 with an Agreed Surveyor acting impartially for both sides (+£545 per additional dissenting neighbour), or £695 (our fee) plus the neighbour's own surveyor's fee if they appoint their own. Every case is managed through a digital portal.
